PHYSICAL ASPECT

OF STUVOL

Teachers should teach some light physical exercises (PT,) Parade and (drill) exercises, suitable for the age group of the students.

                           PARADE

In parade there are two parts. One is caution and the other is command. The children must be very much alert regarding these items.

         For proper parade one smart and expert candidate should be selected as right marker.

1) Line formation :

Caution Parade, Fall in twos/threes.

Command-fall in.

During line formation the right marker should stand in attention position three steps away from the commander. The rest of the cadets should form lines as per command just behind and left side of the right marker.

শিক্ষকদের কিছু হালকা শারীরিক ব্যায়াম (PT,) প্যারেড এবং (ড্রিল) ব্যায়াম শেখানো উচিত, যা শিক্ষার্থীদের বয়সের জন্য উপযুক্ত।
                           প্যারেড
কুচকাওয়াজে দুটি অংশ থাকে। একটি সতর্কতা এবং অন্যটি আদেশ। বাচ্চাদের এই আইটেমগুলি সম্পর্কে খুব সতর্ক হতে হবে।
         সঠিক প্যারেডের জন্য একজন বুদ্ধিমান এবং বিশেষজ্ঞ প্রার্থীকে সঠিক মার্কার হিসাবে নির্বাচন করতে হবে।
1) লাইন গঠন:
সতর্কতা প্যারেড, দুই/তিনজনে পড়ে।
আদেশ-পতন।
লাইন গঠনের সময় ডান মার্কারটি কমান্ডারের থেকে তিন ধাপ দূরে মনোযোগের অবস্থানে দাঁড়ানো উচিত। বাকি ক্যাডেটদের ডান মার্কারের ঠিক পিছনে এবং বাম দিকে কমান্ড অনুযায়ী লাইন তৈরি করা উচিত।

2) Dress up:
Caution-Parade
Command-right dress.
The children of the front line will raise their right hands except the right marker parallel to the ground and touch the left
shoulder of the next cadet.
They also will look to the right, the right marker will stand
motionless.
              Caution-Parade
             Command-Eyes front.
Now the children will look to the front and keep their hands
down.
The children of rear ranks will not raise their hands and look
at the right. They will only make single straight lines.

3) Counting numbers:
Caution-Parade, count by number by the left.
Command-Number.
The children will count the numbers by the left and make
sound saying loudly - 1, 2, 3 etc. While making sound their
heads should move to the right and after giving out the number,
heads should remain as usual.
If any gap is there in the rear ranks the last Person just
behind the right marker utter - one/two gaps up.
4) Mark time:

At first the commander will get other cadets at attention,
stand at ease, stand easy position etc. Then they will start mark time.

During 'stand at ease' position the left leg will move

এখন বাচ্চারা সামনের দিকে তাকিয়ে হাত রাখবে

পিছনের পদের বাচ্চারা হাত তুলে তাকাবে না
ডান দিকে. তারা শুধুমাত্র একক সরল রেখা তৈরি করবে।

3) গণনা সংখ্যা:
সতর্কতা-প্যারেড, বাম দ্বারা সংখ্যা দ্বারা গণনা.
কমান্ড-সংখ্যা।
শিশুরা বাম দ্বারা সংখ্যা গণনা করবে এবং তৈরি করবে
শব্দ জোরে বলছে - 1, 2, 3 ইত্যাদি শব্দ করার সময় তাদের
মাথা ডানদিকে সরানো উচিত এবং নম্বর দেওয়ার পরে,
মাথা স্বাভাবিক হিসাবে থাকা উচিত।
পেছনের র‍্যাঙ্কে কোনো ফাঁক থাকলে শুধু শেষ ব্যক্তি
ডান মার্কার উচ্চারণের পিছনে - এক/দুটি ফাঁক।
4) চিহ্নিত সময়:

প্রথমে কমান্ডার অন্যান্য ক্যাডেটদের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করবেন,
আরামে দাঁড়ানো, সহজ অবস্থানে দাঁড়ানো ইত্যাদি। তারপর তারা সময় চিহ্নিত করবে।
'স্ট্যান্ড অ্যাট আরাম' অবস্থানের সময় বাম পা নড়াচড়া করবে
a little making a gap and the left hand should catch the
fingers of the right hand.
Caution-Parade, mark time begins.
Command-mark time.
Now the right marker will make sound-left-right;
left-right etc.
Caution-Parade.
Command-check up, halt.
During caution-Parade on left leg.
Halt on right leg.
During command-Check on left leg.
Up on right leg.
5) Right turn; left turn; about turn; etc.
Caution-Parade, move to the right/left.
Command-right turn/left turn.
Right marker will utter only-1,2,3-up.
Caution-Parade will retire.
Command-about turn.
6) Marching :-
Caution-Parade, move forward
Command-Forward march
Here the cadets will start stepping with his/her
left leg first and at the same time the right hand will also
move. Remember that you put pressure on heels and
hands will be thrown as far as possible.
7) Left wheel/right wheel during marching.
Left turn/right turn/about turn-during marching
একটু ফাঁক করে বাম হাতটা ধরতে হবে
ডান হাতের আঙ্গুল।
সতর্কতা- প্যারেড, মার্ক টাইম শুরু।
কমান্ড-মার্ক সময়।
এখন ডান মার্কার শব্দ করবে-বাম-ডান;
বাম-ডান ইত্যাদি
সতর্কতা-প্যারেড।
কমান্ড-চেক আপ, থামান.
সতর্কতার সময় বাম পায়ে প্যারেড।
ডান পায়ে থামুন।
কমান্ডের সময় বাম পায়ে চেক করুন।
ডান পায়ের উপরে।
5) ডান বাঁক; বাম মোড়; প্রায় পালা; ইত্যাদি
সতর্কতা-প্যারেড, ডানে/বামে যান।
কমান্ড-ডান মোড়/বাম মোড়।
ডান চিহ্নিতকারী শুধুমাত্র-1,2,3-আপ উচ্চারণ করবে।
সাবধান-প্যারেড অবসর নেবে।
কমান্ড- সম্পর্কে পালা.
6) মার্চিং :-
সাবধান-প্যারেড, এগিয়ে চল
কমান্ড-ফরওয়ার্ড মার্চ
এখানে ক্যাডেটরা তার সাথে পা রাখতে শুরু করবে
প্রথমে বাম পা এবং একই সাথে ডান হাতও করবে
সরানো মনে রাখবেন যে আপনি হিল উপর চাপ এবং
হাত যতদূর সম্ভব নিক্ষেপ করা হবে।
7) মার্চিং এর সময় বাম চাকা/ডান চাকা।
বাঁ দিকে মোড়/ডান দিকে মোড়/মার্চ চলাকালীন মোড়
