Ans: A plant breathes air through small holes in the leaves and stems.

Ans: Plants prepare food but animals can not. Animals depend on plants and other animals.

Ans: Non - living things do not have lives. They do not grow and do not move.
Examples of non - living things :- spoon, plate, table, chair, house, car etc.

Ans: Non - living things do not have lives. They do not grow and do not move.
e. What are the plants that have feelings of sensation?
Ans: Though plants can not move but some plants feel our touch. This indicates that there is life.

Ans: Living things move, need, food, grow, breathe, feel and reproduce.
g. How do they prepare food?
Ans: Plants cook their food in the leaves with the help of sunlight.
